15 Biggest NFL Draft Busts in Recent History

Cincinnati Bengals: Chris Perry

The Cincinnati Bengals picked Chris Perry in the 2004 draft with the 26th pick overall. However, high hopes turned to no hopes. High hopes stemmed from the fact that he ranked fourth in the race for college player of the year. The bad thing is that he incurred a debilitating hamstring injury before the season started. Then a sports related hernia ended it his rookie season with two carries. He had a good second season but only stayed 3 more.
