Setting previous records
The Gillhams Fishing Resorts did an amazing feat for having this catfish on its waters. The truth is that this is not the only time where huge fish was found on their lakes. They were also able to produce previous record holders. In 2008, they caught a catfish weighing 184 pounds. Another one was snagged in 2009, weighing 191 pounds. In the said lake, the growth rate is recorded at around 50 pounds per year.
