Mullaghmoore is the wave and the village, which happens to be one of the best places to experience big wave surfing. It is cold and stormy, and it also happens to be one of the most visually stunning places for surfing. The name Mullaghmore means “The Great Summit”, which is an apt description for the location and the waves it offers.
