Del Amo Fashion Center
This mall opened in 1961 and was developed by Guilford Glazer. Simon Property Group manages the Del Amo Fashion Center and owns 50% of its share. Other shareholders are Farallon Cap. Mgt. and JPMorgan Fleming Funds having 25% share each. The 2,600,000 square feet mall has three floor levels and it’s located in Torrance, California. It has over 200 retail stores with six anchors that include Nordstrom, Sears, JC Penney, and Macy’s. It has AMC Theatres multiplex, fitness center, and various restaurants. The mall was also used in films including Jackie Brown, Why Him?, and Valley Girl.
