Roosevelt Field
This is another high-end mall from the state of New York, which is its second biggest. Roosevelt Field was opened in Garden City, New York in 1956 with a total area of 2,244,581 square meters. Simon Property Group is the owner, while William Zeckendorf was the developer. Macy’s was the original anchor store of the mall and it’s still open until today. The mall now has 270 stores and aside from Macy’s, other anchor stores include Neiman Marcus, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Nordstrom, JC Penney, and Bloomingdale’s. This mall is not only one of the largest, but one of the most visited malls too as an estimated 22 million visitors go here each year.
