Detroit Lions: Charles Rogers
The Detroit Lions drafted Charles Rogers with the number 2 in the 2003 NFL draft. He comes in a long line of draft busts by this team in the mid 2000s. At that high a number, everybody expected no less than stellar numbers from him. He broke his clavicles in consecutive seasons. He had his b outs with illegal substance and was eventually suspended for this in 2005. He did not do much when he was on the gridiron.
