You might feel scared after hearing its name. How can a small spider eat a bird? You might be relieved to know that it doesn’t eat birds. It usually feeds on lizard, mice and other insects. It is still scary though with leg span reaching up to 10 inches. Its distinct quality is its pink hair. Don’t be fooled, thinking pink is tame. The hair is used to kill prey. It shoots the hair to disable the prey and pounce on them.
