The Anatolian shepherd dog originated in Turkey, specifically in Anatolia where it got its name. it is said that this breed is as old as 6,000 years. They can stand up to 80 centimeters tall and over 66 kilograms in weight. They are usually independent but responsible. They can be trusted in guarding its master’s property. They often live up to 11 years.
