395-Pound Giant Grouper
This fish is amazingly huge! This grouper was fished out of the waters near the shores of Latham Island in the eastern African country of Tanzania. It weighed at an astounding 295 lbs and 11 ounces or 133 kilograms. This happened on the 4th of March, 2012. The man responsible for reeling it in is Shayne Keith Nelson. He used a piece of bonito to help him attract the fish close to his line.
