Baltimore Ravens: Kyle Boller
The Baltimore Ravens drafted Kyle Boller with the 19th pick overall in the 2003 NFL draft. The quarterback was a bust from his rookie season onwards. Throughout his career he had 45 touchdowns which was almost matched by the 44 passes intercepted from him. His pass completion was lower than 57 percent. The numbers seems passable. But the organization is known to draft jewels and polish them. Boller was one exception in that honored list.
