Punta De Lobos
The waves of Punta De Lobos in Chile was described by BWWT VP Gary Linden as “big, and stays big. ” It has a characteristic section of a ledge barrel, which if a surfer reached it, can lead to at least a 500-meter ride. This is one of those big long waves ideal for surfing. This kind of experience is best reserved to skilled surfers though, since it requires stamina and a whole lot of calm.
