Xenesthis Immanis
This spider originated in Colombia. It is usually present in humid rainforests. It loves wet places. Though its body can be over 9 inches long, it doesn’t present danger to humans. To begin with, you can’t normally see it in houses. It also easily runs away from humans or other larger animals.
